Sam Kim is the original creator of the database (seen below) and his work has resulted in a fabulous listing with lots of vegan places, but I am currently a carnivore. I will be working from this copy, updating it to reflect the gluten free dining I will be doing in Mexico. You are welcome to peek at my copy of this “Dining in Mexico City” database, Airtable is free to use and you can even clone your own.
